Do you accept orders placed outside the US?

How do I change or cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you must contact us before 11.59 PM EST on the day of ordering. We are quick to process and package your order. This means we are not able to make changes to your order after the day it is ordered. Any orders packed or shipped cannot be cancelled. 

What are your shipping options and how long will it take?

 Please allow 8-20 business days for shipping. We pride ourselves on providing worldwide shipping at a flat cost of $5.

Please allow for a longer shipping time during holiday seasons. You will be notified prior to ordering on our website when these delays are to be expected. 

I have not received my order yet! is it lost?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 2 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, an/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references from receiving your package. We will try our best to resolve your case.

When will I receive my refund?
